  • Always great care and attention from this dental studio. The staff are amazing right from the receptionist who always has a smile on her face to the hygienist who is very thorough and gentle to the dentist who was also very gentle and explained what she was going to do. I would highly recommend Southwood Dental Studio. Another visit for my husband to this dental surgery. As usual he was extrremely well pleased with the appointment and was told that everything looked good The staff in this location are always so very pleasant and helpful. They are always smiling and make you feel like family. I would highly recommend this dental location to anyone who wants excellent service and care. Thank you.

  • I had a really great experience here. I woke up a week before Christmas with terrible pain in one of my teeth and they were able to get me an appointment the next day. Per my request I had the tooth pulled (which they got me in for as quickly as possible) and the experience was great. Dr Mao did a fantastic job and it didn’t hurt at all. I really appreciated the dentist and the dental hygienist checking in with me frequently throughout the procedure as I was a bit nervous. Everyone from the admin staff the dental hygienists to the dentists were incredibly kind and professional. I will be back for my regular dental care in future.

  • The office is clean and well-kept and staff are friendly and efficient. A friend had recommended Dr.Mao at Southwood for a complicated wisdom tooth extraction and following my visit I can certainly see why. Dr. Mao and assistant Lydia were punctual and welcoming in ensuring I felt comfortable going into the procedure and explained to me in layman terms how it would go. The numbing was excellent and procedure was quick and painless. Following the extraction Dr. Mao and Lydia thoroughly explained the post-op procedure. Highly recommend!

  • I am so very pleased with my dental implant it was a long process. Dr. Mao I can tell enjoys his vocation he explained every step before he perform it. Thank you Dr. Mao. My dental assistants are always friendly and a supportive hand. Your reception staff is always welcoming. My last teeth cleaning I had Daniella as my hygienist she did a gentle and thorough job. Hope she stays on with the practice. Thank again to all the staff at Southwood Dental.
