  • Appointment times. For the most part I was in the chair ahead of my scheduled time. Only once in seven visits did I have to wait but that was only for a couple of minutes. My doctor was very thorough and explained everything as it was happening including asking if I was comfortable or feeling any pain. The freezing needles I got were given without me feeling any pain whatsoever. I had one problem with my first root canal which caused swelling and extreme pain. That was eventually taken care of with a follow up appointment and prescriptions. The second root canal was quite complicated and took quite a bit of time to complete. But the following day was without any pain or swelling. Never thought I would say this but with my bad experiences with other dentists I am looking forward to my next visit.   • It's a nice little place. I'm a fairly new patient so I haven't had many visits. However my last visit was for a filling. My appointment was for 12:45 they called me in @ 12:43 & I was out the door & continued on w/my day by 1:00! Have to admit that I was really impressed w/the hygienist & Dentist. (Sorry I don't even remember their names). They worked fluently & efficiently together. Given my cavity was small I chose to go without freezing under the condition that we could stop @ any time if I felt pain & go ahead w/freezing. That wasn't necessary as it didn't feel much different than a cleaning. The dentist kept me relaxed by calmly explaining everything to me step by step. Yes I recommend Southwood-Highbury for sure!

  • Totally delighted with the outstanding treatment I received from my dentist Dr. Manjot Kaur! I was immediately put at ease by the kind and inviting ambiance of the clinic. Every visit is enjoyable because of the staff's exceptional professionalism and friendliness. My dentist is incredibly skilled and makes sure every operation is quick and pleasant.   • I’ve had a really good experience with Southwood Dental Kilally especially with the assistance of Dr. Manjot Guaram who has a light hand which makes the dental procedures painless. And everytime I go to southwood for my cleaning Christine is there to do the job with consistent quality. The staffs are really friendly and they explain the process including payments with clarity.
